"Tôi vừa cùng gia đình co kì nghỉ tai đây vào ngày 22/8 va 23/8/2014. Mọi thứ tại Phan Thiết Ocean Dunes Resort (Duparc Phan Thiết cũ) với tôi là ok trừ việc cách họ giải quyết vấn đề kém quá. Phòng của tôi không vào được wifi, tôi báo cho họ tổng cộng 5 lần mà cũng không khắc phục đươc trong 2 ngay tôi ở tại đây, cũng không một lời giải thích là tại sao không được. Theo tôi, họ không chuyên nghiệp trong cách giải quyết sự cố."

Very bad for a 4 stars resort
"1. Resort had a group of impolite, noisy and uneducated people from BVTV organization, they yell, talk cloudly and profound language in public places. They cut in line right in front of ladies... they are very noisy and very impolite.
2. The beach is such, cannot swim. Sea water was rusty color like oil pilled. No one was at the beach. Further to the right where Doi Duong beach was crowded, a beach with full of beach goers but not a soul at the resort beach.
Keep in mind the resort is quite old compared to other resorts in Phan Thiet.
I do not recommend to stay Phan Thiết Ocean Dunes Resort (Duparc Phan Thiết cũ)."

Ocean Dunes
"Our family booked four rooms, stayed 3 nights from 7/28 thru 7/31/2014. Phan Thiết Ocean Dunes Resort (Duparc Phan Thiết cũ) is close to Phan Thiet, thus we have a chance to shop and taste Phan Thiet foods @ the Tuyen Quang & Thu Khoa Huan area.
1. The resort has a decent Gym and combined with loaned bicycle (free),it provides best opportunity for us who want to stay in shape during vacation (my wife enjoyed a lot).
2. Buffet provides good, clean foods.
3. Rooms are clean with excellent A/C.
4. Elevators are tiny, but traffic is light anyway.
5. Beach is unusable at the time we stay.
Overall, the resort was the best choice we ever made (we previously stay @ Hoang Ngoc and Pandanus, thus never have a chance to explore Phan thiet). If resort"s employees more cheerful, less stiff, it would be perfect vacation for us.
About Chudu24, at first, we were a little worry booking from USA, but turned out they are as professional as US"s travel agent. Chudu24 has earned their businesses.
We will come back to Phan Thiết Ocean Dunes Resort thru Chudu24 anytime we vacation in Vietnam for sure.

Ocean Dunes Phan Thiet
"We booked and stayed at Phan Thiết Ocean Dunes Resort (Duparc Phan Thiết cũ) from 7/28/2014 thru 7/31/2014. The resort location, except for its beach (unswimmable at the time we stayed), is outstanding due to its short distance to Phan Thiet. Our family enjoyed the Buffet, the Gym and the clean rooms. The loaned bicycle option allowed us to exercise as well as shopping at the local mall and stores.
The resort"s employees are good, however they are somehow a little stiff when interacting with us, the customers. Hope with time, they will be more relax talking to customers. After all, we all are people and nobody should be more superior than others.
I have stayed in several resorts in Muine, but this is the first time that our family could enjoy local cuisine such as "Banh xeo Cay Phuong", "Hai san Tu Minh" and other good restaurants.
We will come back to Phan Thiết Ocean Dunes Resort (Duparc Phan Thiết cũ) if our family decides Vietnam is our vacation destination next year."
