"- Không gian Palm đẹp, thơ mộng, trong lành.
- Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình.
- Dịch vụ đưa đón khách đi Phố Cổ rất tốt.
- Bữa ăn sáng phong phú, ngon, phục vụ chu đáo.
- Toilet trong phòng khá nhỏ (nếu so với chuẩn 5 sao)."

Its an excellent resort
"We spent 2 days this week with our little kids. We had a great time. We must admit that the beach is beautiful. Its the best beach of Vietnam ie. sands, water are clean, the shore has been kept very well and clean. The ambient, room setting, environment are so relaxed that we decide to indulge ourselves with a total relax holiday with no bother turning on our laptop.
Its worth paying a bit extra to get the beach view rooms. Its awesome.
Resort staff services are just fantastic. They are friendly, helpful and informative.
We would rate a straight 9.5/10 scores out of Vietnam resort. Palm Garden is the resort that we decide that we will come back for a longer hide-away holiday. One small suggestion to the Resort Management is to provide a free pick up and drop from/to airport.
To travelers, I would suggest you to try a small local restaurant named Blue Wave Restaurant at 45 Cua Dai. They serve a good selection of Vietnamese cuisines with reasonable prices and great service attitude. We had bad experience with seafood restaurants along the beach outside the resort which we strongly recommend not to try."

"It"s the first time I booked via Chudu24 and the service, the staff was good and trustworthy.
For the hotel, the superior ocean view room indeed does not have a full sea-view. Another building blocks the sea upfront. There is no bath tube inside the room. The breakfast is limited. The cable TV had only few channels. The wall was very thin and bad soundproofing. But other services was good. Strong wifi, friendly and supportive staff."
