"Terracotta Resort Mũi Né is beautiful: 1. Reception, staff are polite, helpful and provide detailed information about the facilites available at the resort. 2. Garden area, Koi fish pond is well maintained and we could sit in this area to connect with nature. There is a one swing, one hammock & three bean bags to relax in the garden area. 3. Swimming pool is clean, water is warm and staff are very attentive. 4. Family room is big and very well cleaned every day by the cleaning staff. Small bottles of water are replaced everyday when the room is cleaned. 5. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of western and Vietnamese dishes. 6. Staff at the restaurant, pool, reception and cleaners are friendly/helpful. 7. Things to Improve: WIFI is slow and could be improved by installing a few more range extenders. Brighter lights in the bathroom is a must. We definitely plan to come back to stay at this property."
