Somethings need to improves
"Hotel location is beautiful, all staffs are polites and good manner right from reception, room services to Restaurant staffs.
*Breakfast buffet should provide more choices, According the rates we paid per night, we
should get better values and more choices of food.
*Room qualities : inside is nice and tidy, but not the value what we paid for.
( 1 ) for deluxe room, some not provide fireplace or heater, for winter, particullary customers from the southern district, how can they feel warm enough, don"t ecpect customers will stay or hide in bed at all times.
( 2 ) Junior suite, room 225, the set up and facilities is worse than other deluxe room, but this room rate is far more expensives, what we got inside is double bed, big space, not even provide the salon for customers, look so empty.
( 3 ) Toilet system for room 225, is hopeless, need to go and inspect by owner, power points falling out, water system is wet all over the palce after showering, no exhausted fan to let the mist out, toilet door upper area have nothing to cover, feel little uneasy while using it."
