Not worth the time
"The price of accommodation may have been cheap for a 5-Star Hotel but in the end you are still paying and making up the difference for the service that you ask them to provide. Still that is to be expected as it is after all a 5-Star Hotel.
However, for a 5-Star Hotel and for the money that was spent, I did expect a lot more and instead of focusing on providing the service, there was more focus on whether or not you could pay. Totally ridiculous and in the end did I pay even more ridiculous prices.
A very unfortunate let down for one of the more well known names within the Industry.
Although it looked "Grand" and sported a very modern lobby, the atmosphere overall was not warming or in any way very welcoming. You could say that the atmosphere matched the weather when it should have been opposing the already cold and bitter climate."
