A good resort!
"We stayed at Hội An Trails Resort & Spa for 3 nights with family suite room. We got 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with twin bed) with 2 attached bathrooms and 1 living room. I like the living room since my 2 kids have a place to play, especially the little 8 months old, he has a space for crawling. The big balcony is a good place for having tea or coffee with fresh air in the morning. I love the wooded decoration style in the room. The thing I don"t like at this room is lighting system. Yellow lights make our room so dark in the evening though we requested two more lights. I think it is because of Hoi An"s style. Room is clean!!
Garden is beautiful, full of green and well-organized. My parents like so much garden"s area though they both are familiar with countryside"s landscape. Swimming-pool is good enough though I feel the towel at the pool is not so clean, or maybe because of fading colour?
Foods: breakfast is good, but price of lunch or diner is expensive and quality is so so! We can have better price in next door restaurants!
Staffs: Friendly and good! Especially for the staffs at the kitchen. They helped me to cook porridge for my little one. However, a note for everyone before check-out; you should double check the bill before make the payment because some mistakes were found on my bill.
The location of resort is not convenient. It is not close to the beach actually. We can take either free bus from resort or taxi to the beach. The free bus to the beach goes with a fixed time-frame. You will have to pay 25.000/head if you go beyond that schedule. I found out that going by taxi to the bus is much cheaper. It costs only 30.000VND for 1 way while I have to pay 100.000VND for my group with resort"s bus (4 adults). Beach is not really private beach that I expected as other resorts. As far as I know, they hire an area of coast and put few umbrellas and chairs there. That is it!
Overall, I like the resort though the price is quite high!! A remind for chudu24 service, I contacted with Bao Huyen - she is so kind and enthusiastic to support me though in a short notice, but there is miscommunication between us on resort"s price and it made me disappointed (and I am sorry since she needed to work on her leaves)! I hope next time will be better!!"

Fantastic!
"I spent 3 days at Hoi An Trails Resort & Spa. The view of this resort was very nice, I loved to walk around and watch it. It has a beautiful swimming pool but I couldnt swim at all because of the cold weather. Every staff there is friendly and helpful. If I have a chance to visit Hoi An once more, I will still choose Hoi An Trails Resort & Spa to stay. For Chu Dus staffs, I was very satisfied about their working attitude. They helped me a lot to find a good resort with reasonable price. Thank Chu Du very much! Wish you a new successful year!"

"Hội an Trails"
"Gia đình chúng tôi đã có thời gian lưu trú tại đây rất tốt đẹp. Lúc đầu phòng của chúng tôi nằm ở tầng 3 của tòa nhà chính, phòng rất ok, tuy nhiên qua một đêm vì có nhiều tiếng ồn nên chúng tôi đã đề nghị được đổi phòng khác, lúc đầu chúng tôi nhận được thông báo là sẽ phát sinh thêm chi phí do phải đổi phòng nhưng sau khi trao đổi lại với tiếp tân chúng tôi thật sự hài lòng vì sẽ không có chi phí phát sinh nào cả. Phòng khá rộng rãi và thoải mái. Hồ bơi ở khu nghỉ mát đẹp chúng tôi rất thích. Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Có chuyến xe buýt thường xuyên chở du khách đến đô thị cổ, có nhiều nơi để mua sắm, bên cạnh đó còn có xe đạp để du khách đi dạo mát."

Khu resort đẹp
"Gia đình tôi nghĩ tại khu ngĩ mát Trails trong 3 đêm, phòng của chúng tôi nằm ngay lối đi của tầng đầu tiên, chúng tôi có 2 phòng, một phòng có 2 gường đôi. Các phòng có đầy đủ tiện nghi, với buồng tắm vòi sen, dù không khí rất nóng nhưng máy điều hòa hoạt động tốt. Phòng có vị trí đẹp, ngay ban công có thể nhìn ra hồ bơi, ngồi ngắm cảnh và nhấm nháp vài ly bia thì tuyệt vời . Các nhân viên thân thiện, có tuyến xe buýt vào khu trung tâm thường xuyên, ngoài ra các trung tâm spa, massage có giá cũng tương đối rẻ. Khu đô thị cổ Hội An rất quyến rũ, bánh mì ở đây rất lạ và tôi đã dùng thử nó, không giống như sandwich lắm. Một nơi tuyệt vời và đáng nhớ của chúng tôi."
